By accessing or using our website, placing a booking, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Reservations

  • Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.

  • We may require certain personal information, such as your name, phone number, and email, to confirm your booking.

  • Please arrive on time for your reservation. We reserve the right to release your table if you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice.

  • Group bookings may require a deposit or minimum spend, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Any special requests (e.g., dietary requirements) should be made in advance, but cannot be guaranteed.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • If you wish to cancel or amend your reservation, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Deposits, where applicable, may be non-refundable if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the booking.

  • Failure to attend without notice (“no-show”) may result in loss of deposit and/or restrictions on future bookings.

3. Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept payment via cash, EFTPOS, and major credit/debit cards.

  • Online payments (if applicable) are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

  • Prices, menus, and promotions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be provided in accordance with our Refund Policy.

  • Deposits and prepayments may not be refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Use of Our Website

  • You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.

  • You must not:

    • Interfere with or disrupt the website’s functionality.

    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

    • Use our content, images, or trademarks without prior written consent.
