We insist on using only fresh, never-frozen meats to preserve the natural tenderness and taste. Our grills are built with cast-iron plates and feature pure copper water-cooled heat rings, maintaining consistent temperature and durability. By using charcoal fire, we maximise the flavour profile, delivering an authentic Korean BBQ taste that is smoky, juicy, and unforgettable.
